Background: MEP / Mission Critical Delivery
The Role
As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a flagship mission‑critical project, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and cost targets are exceeded. You will:
* Lead project strategy, execution, and delivery from pre‑construction to handover.
* Oversee all MEP and critical systems integration, working closely with design, supply chain, and commissioning teams.
* Manage senior stakeholders, including client representatives, consultants, trade partners, and specialist vendors.
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing project team.
* Ensure compliance with mission‑critical standards, QA/QC, H&S, and risk management controls.
* Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you:
* Bring a strong MEP background—mechanical, electrical, or both—with experience leading complex M&E‑heavy/industrial projects.
* Have delivered mission‑critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or large‑scale industrial projects.
* Operate comfortably at Director level, with a track record of delivering 8–9 figure projects.
* Combine commercial awareness with technical excellence.
* Lead calmly and decisively in high‑pressure environments.
* Champion collaboration, safety, and high standards.
