Dandara Living, a prominent division of the Dandara Group, is at the forefront of designing, developing, and managing bespoke residential properties in the UK’s flourishing Build-to-Rent sector. Operating one of the largest regional portfolios, we handle over 5,000 multifamily and single‑family homes and plan to introduce an additional 8,000 apartments and student beds nationwide.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday / 8am to 5pm
1 in 2 Saturdays, Saturdays 10am-3pm with a day off in the week
Following a successful probation period, you’ll have the flexibility to enjoy some work‑from‑home days
About the Role
The Leasing Associate will be the first point of contact for new leasing enquiries, managing leads and supporting the site teams to ensure a smooth, seamless process for prospective tenants. You’ll help us maintain our high standards of service while juggling deadlines, priorities, and a variety of tasks.
What You Will Do
* Manage enquiries and leads via phone and email
* Qualify leads against set criteria and book viewings across sites
* Keep portals and listings up to date
* Carry out market research and competitor analysis
* Ensure accurate data entry and system management
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external applicants
* Work to deadlines and performance targets
* Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience
What You Will Have
* Great organisational skills and a proactive approach
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with database or booking systems (desirable)
* Flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business needs
