Digital Portfolio Manager – London - £100-115k
One of our key clients, an established multinational professional services company, is actively recruiting for a Digital Portfolio Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The role will be responsible for overseeing a number of business-critical transformation programmes, both business-facing and within digital technology.
This is a hybrid position, with two days per week on-site.
The Digital Portfolio Manager will have the following responsibilities:
* responsibility for the company’s digital portfolio, ensuring that it is well aligned with the long term digital strategy
* of the Business Analyst and Business Process Management function
* and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, becoming an established leader and subject matter expert across the digital portfolio
* communicating business cases of transformation programmes, providing cost-benefit analysis
* value maximisation across digital projects and programmes, proving feasibility of technology and that investments provide value for the business
* closely with architecture team to provide evidence of proof of concept on new technology implementations
* towards the strategic direction of the digital portfolio
* to build a culture of collaboration, both cross-departmental and with external partners
* closely with Information Security to ensure that digital programmes are well-aligned with security requirements
The ideal candidate for the Digital Portfolio Manager will have the following skills and experience:
* in a similar position for an organisation working across multiple geographies
* experience of actively contributing towards strategic decision making within a digital portfolio
* stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gain sponsorship from across the business
* ability to analyse cost effectiveness of digital transformation projects
* strong understanding of process improvement, with experience in identifying and introducing efficiencies
* ability to drive the use of Agile methodologies across the business
* awareness of new technologies, in particular cloud-based products
* digital roadmap experience
* budgeting skills
* leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
