6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
7. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the company's database.
8. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
