I am looking for a strategic and execution-oriented partner to help build and structure a digital service agency operating on international freelance marketplaces.
The goal is to create a well-organized, scalable presence across major global platforms where businesses source digital services.
This is not a basic VA role.
This is an agency-building opportunity.
We are starting lean and rebuilding strategically.
Main Responsibilities
Structure and optimize agency profiles on major freelance marketplaces
Create and refine service listings (digital services, AI, web, content, etc.)
Develop positioning strategy and pricing models
Manage incoming leads and proposal strategy
Coordinate freelancers and subcontractors
Implement workflow systems and quality control
Support growth and revenue scaling
Ideal Profile
Experience with global freelance platforms (you know how they work)
Strong understanding of proposal writing and client psychology
Organized and system-driven
Entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable using AI tools
Interested in long-term collaboration
Compensation Model
This is an early-stage setup.
Initial budget is limited.
