We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to serve as the strategic architect of our financial engine, transforming local passion into the high-level investment required to save our natural world.
The Opportunity:
This is a newly created, pivotal leadership role. You will be designing the "irrigation system", the overarching strategy that allows our diverse income streams to flourish.
Your focus is leadership over ego. We aren't looking for a solo flyer. We need a mentor and coach who can empower a dedicated team of specialists across Philanthropy, Membership, Trusts, and Corporate Engagement.
Your Strategic Priorities:
* Scale High-Level Giving: Move the needle on our major gift programme.
* Digital Evolution: Lead the charge in converting significant social media engagement into sustained conservation capital.
* Impactful Storytelling: Act as a senior advisor, translating complex conservation science into compelling narratives for donors and internal stakeholders.
* Empathetic Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of six direct reports, fostering an inclusive environment during an exciting period of growth.

You are a proven fundraising leader with a track record of generating significant income and a deep understanding of the modern philanthropic landscape. we want your strategic expertise.
