Including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease * Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of * 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing * Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters * Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development * Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships * Ambition to progress * Excellent administration and organisational skills * Professional but friendly and approachable Residential Conveyancer – Key Responsibilities: * Sales and purchases * New builds * Re-mortgages * Registered and unregistered properties * Help to buy * Shared ownership * Leases * Liaising with clients and external professionals * Leasing and working with our Private Client Department Residential Conveyancer – Skills & Experience: * Conveyancing Law Expertise – Strong knowledge of residential property law and * Case Management – Experience handling multiple conveyancing cases * Communication Skills – Clear communication with clients, estate agents, and * Client-Focused – Delivering high-quality service and managing client expectations. * Problem-Solving – Resolving title issues, boundary disputes, and delays. * Organisational Skills – Efficiently managing timelines, deadlines, and * IT Proficiency – Competent in using LEAP and other digital tools.
