Our client is a Prestige dealership who is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site.
Sales Executive Role:
1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. Discuss funding options and sell additional F&I products.
3. Build and maintain your customer database.
4. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building a long-term rapport with customers.
5. Maintain a professional approach and first-class people skills. Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
6. Demonstrate success in your current position regarding sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
7. Work with the team to drive departmental performance and be willing to go the extra mile.
About You:
1. You will have experience as a Sales Executive within the motor industry and be very successful in your career.
2. You will follow a structured sales process and build strong rapport with each customer.
3. You will be determined to succeed and motivated to improve your performance daily.
4. You must have a valid UK driving licence.
