Overview
Parts Advisor - Sutton-In-Ashfield. We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our Sutton-In-Ashfield Depot. You will have a minimum of 2 years commercial parts experience ideally within a franchised dealership.
Details
Salary: £28,500k to £30,000K Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am to 16:30pm and 09:00am to 18:00pm
With alternate Saturday Mornings 08:00am to 12:00 Midday
Responsibilities
* You must provide the highest standard of quality and service; build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
* You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering specialist parts, undertaking inventory checks to ensure all parts are delivered and are correct.
* You will be expected to maintain your own product knowledge and awareness of promotions etc.
* Handle the day-to-day running of the stores.
* Receipting in and booking out of parts
* Serve both the front and back counter.
* Booking parts to job cards and checking over job cards
* Carrying out perpetual stock checks
* Completing reports when required
* Handle warranty and surcharge parts
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years commercial parts experience, ideally within a franchised dealership.
