Job Role Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high quality and hassle free Time4Sport services across primary schools and the wider community in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. This includes teaching the National PE curriculum, leading EYFS physical activity sessions, facilitating health and wellbeing workshops, and contributing to the success of our school holiday kids' camps. Key responsibilities include: PE and Extra-Curricular Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons and extra-curricular activities that inspire and engage children and families Community Engagement: Build and maintain constructive relationships with schools, community groups, and local employers to promote participation and inclusion. Lead Holiday Camps: Lead and deliver high quality holiday camp provision in the school holidays. Safeguarding and Inclusion: Be vigilant about the safeguarding of young people, address barriers to participation, and create an inclusive environment for all children. Have Strong Behaviour Management: Foster a positive learning atmosphere by effectively managing behaviour and encouraging respectful interactions. Professional Development: Attend training sessions and continuously develop professional skills to uphold high standards in delivery. Role Model and Ambassador: Embody the values of Time4Sport by being a positive role model and ambassador, creating fun, motivational environments for children. Promotion and Marketing: Assist in promoting Time4Sport products and services through innovative ideas, social media activity, and direct customer engagement. Option if a skill set in this area, to assist marketing manager on a weekly basis Person Specification: Essential Level 4 PE Specialism qualification or degree in PE, Sport, Health. Have very strong class/group behaviour management skills Sound knowledge of child development and the National curriculum for Physical Education from EYFS-KS2 A minimum of 2 years of delivery experience in primary schools Confident in early years provision Knowledge of how to live a healthy lifestyle GCSE Maths and English (minimum Grade C or 4) A clean enhanced DBS A passion for inspiring the next generation through PE, physical activity and sport An excellent communicator, organised and adaptable, honest and sincere Ambitious, with a drive to improve Hard-working Customer focussed A team player Experience of managing and leading holiday camps. Ability to think outside to box to drive holiday camp development. Desirable QTS Level 5 PE Specialism Qualification Level 2 Multi-Skills and/or other sports Speclist in Dance Paediatric First Aid Level 2 Safeguarding Children in Sport An understanding of and interest in health-related physical activity, healthy eating and health-related behaviour change Other skills classroom and behaviour management, resolving conflict, motivational skills.
