We are looking for a Dental Therapist to work Fridays at our beautiful Manor Dental Clinic in Oxford.
This is the perfect opportunity to further develop your career being supported by experienced Lead Hygienists and Therapists already working within the business, an excellent L&D team who organise bespoke training packages and a forward-thinking Clinical Director who is keen to support the NHS changes and promote the use of skill mix within our DCP cohort.
You will benefit from a supportive practice team along with a well-managed appointment book, planned how you like to work.
We understand what matters to you:
1. Fridays 09:00 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch
2. Reasonable allocation of UDAs paid at a competitive UDA rate
3. Additional income potential with private hygiene paid at 40%
4. Access to a modern working environment including airflow, scanners etc as well as experienced nurses
5. An opportunity for you to access the new Hygienist & Therapist Development series that is being created
About the clinic
We are seeking a therapist who can really develop this role and make it their own. This 4 surgery practice is situated in the heart of Oxford, located at the Manor Buildings on Osler Road where there is limited parking but good connections via buses and trains. This clinic, due to undergo refurbishment soon, is predominantly an NHS practice but not in a high needs area, with qualified nurses available.
