We're now looking for a Repack Manager to Ensure Daily operational requirements are set and KPI Targets are achieved whilst ensuring a high quality standard.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Motivate the inhouse team to keep morale at a high level and strive to meet customer expectations and requirements.
* Ensure staffing levels and numbers are achieved on a daily basis.
* Deliver customer requirements in a timely manner.
* Maintain and develop the inhouse team to evolve the operation whilst ensuring a Safe working Environment for all.
* To motivate and develop all associates and implement personal development plans as agreed with the Co Pack Shift Manager ensuring individuals develop to their full potential.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Has a background in team management.
* Is used to working in a fast paced, reactive environment.
* Has excellent computer literacy.
* Has experience within a re-pack environment, desirable but not essential.
