Reward and HR Insights Analyst
Reporting to the Head of Reward and Benefits, this is a high-profile and critical role, providing global compensation insights for employees across multiple countries and driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making for the HR team to enage, retain and motivate employees. The role requires a unique mix of experience within finance and HR to partner with the organisation and support the development of the global salary, bonus and incentive structures, manage the annual compensation budgeting and benchmarking process, and maintain the country-specific payscales. You must have a strong financial acumen along with business partnering experience within an HR function.
Candidates must be Oxford-based.
