A look into the role
As an Audit Senior Manager within the Commercial service line, you will:
* Manage a large, diverse portfolio of audit clients
* Oversee external audits within the commercial sector
* Resolve complex technical issues for clients and project manage audit work
* Lead and develop your team to high standards
* Build strong relationships with clients and team members
* Engage in departmental responsibilities, training, and new project initiatives
* Continuously seek personal and business growth opportunities, supported at every stage
Minimum qualifications and skills
To join as an Audit Manager, you should have a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA) with relevant post-qualification experience and confidence managing large audit portfolios. Desirable skills include:
* Experience managing audits of large companies and technical complexities
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
* Project management experience
* Experience with IFRS and auditing listed companies (beneficial)
* Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office suite
