We are currently on a journey to grow the business through both organic growth and acquisitions The Role The company currently has a position available for an Administrator based in Birstall. Candidates must have a confident and professional manner, have administration experience and be fully proficient in all forms of IT. Responsibilities Management of the teams channel and setting up of the information for each project Uploading drawing updates to the teams channel for each project Supporting Senior Technical Administrator with general admin requirements in respect of standard documents that need to be issued to clients to meet regulatory requirements Production of the tracker template for each project and inputting of basis information into the tracker based upon project and scope Creation of accompanying document templates for HRB schemes Uploading documents to the BSR portal for HRB submissions General admin duties Skills and Experience Strong IT skills Self-motivated, organized with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work on own initiative.
