Job Description
The Conveyancing Manager will be:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 15-20 conveyancers
* Monitoring team caseloads, KPIs, and quality standards
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Optimising processes to enhance client service and efficiency
* Managing team recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
* Collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and resource planning
* Escalating and resolving client or transaction issues
* Fostering a positive, engaged team culture
The Successful Applicant
The Conveyancing Manager should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 PQE in residential conveyancing
* An experienced leader with proven team‑management ability
* Confident with KPI‑driven management and reporting
* Skilled in process improvement and service delivery
* Commercially aware, regulatory‑savvy, and quality‑focused
* A strong communicator and client‑service advocate
