Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function effectively and efficiently.
* Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
* Oversee guest services, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.
* Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop marketing strategies to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
* Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Experience in guest services with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Knowledge of human resources practices related to recruitment, training, and employee relations.
