Overview
Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career growth opportunities
Hours: Days - Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)
Location: Commutable from Fareham, Southampton, Cosham, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
* Hands on and complete various maintenance tasks including breakdown repairs and PPMs.
* Motivate and lead a small team of Maintenance Engineers.
* Coordinate and champion the Planned Preventive Maintenance system.
* Coordinate various projects and contractors, as and when required.
* Help support continuous improvements in the factory.
* Take an active role in reporting on maintenance.
Requirements
* Experienced Maintenance Engineer who has leadership / supervisory experience - you could be working as a Maintenance Supervisor OR Maintenance Team Leader OR Maintenance Manager OR Senior Engineer OR Engineering Supervisor
* Qualified in 'either' mechanical or electrical engineering or similar
* Mechanical OR Electrical OR Multi Skilled - hiring manager is open to any bias
* Experienced in completing repairs and general factory maintenance to machinery and/or equipment
* Ideally have SOME experience of motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, control panels.
* Holding passion, drive and love for Engineering.
