About the Role
A leading healthcare consultancy is seeking a Market Access Medical Writer to develop high-impact materials that support access, reimbursement, and value demonstration for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, global team focused on creating evidence-based, strategy-aligned content — including global value dossiers (GVDs), AMCP dossiers, value propositions, and payer engagement tools.
You’ll play a key role in translating clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into clear, persuasive narratives for payers, HTA bodies, and other access decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop market access and HEOR-focused materials, including:
* Global value dossiers (GVDs)
* AMCP dossiers
* Value proposition decks
* Payer-focused leave-behinds
* Evidence summaries and objection handlers
* Translate complex clinical and economic data into accessible, value-based language tailored to payer audiences
* Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, research, design) and external clients to ensure content accuracy, alignment, and impact
* Support literature reviews, data gap analyses, and internal knowledge-building activities
* Contribute to QC reviews and content refinement processes to ensure quality and compliance
* Stay current on market access trends, payer evidence needs, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., AMCP, HTA submission standards)
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of medical writing experience in market access, or HEOR consulting
* Proven ability to create value-focused deliverables for pharmaceutical/biotech clients
* Strong understanding of health economics, outcomes research, and access challenges
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deadlines
* Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, or related field required; advanced degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MPH) preferred
* Familiarity with global access environments, HTA agencies, and payer messaging best practices a plus
