About the Role Support live operations from Mission Control during race and test events
Assist with the development of analysis tools and processes to optimise team performance
Produce pre-event and post-event analysis, reporting, and insights for the wider team
Work individually or collaboratively on data-driven projects to improve departmental output
Contribute ideas to enhance the tools, processes, and methodologies used by the Strategy team
Analyse data to support clear, informed decisions that improve on-track performance. About You Studying engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related field at degree level
Confident analysing data, interpreting results, and producing actionable insights
Interested in motorsport strategy and how data informs decision-making on track
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic, event-driven environment
Curious, innovative, and willing to contribute ideas to improve tools and processes
