Aftersales Manager
Location: Brighton
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Basic | £60,000 – £65,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales department at a busy and well-established dealership in Brighton.
You will be responsible for managing the service and parts teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the service, parts, and workshop teams
* Drive departmental KPIs, including revenue, productivity, and CSI
* Ensure high standards of customer service across all aftersales operations
* Monitor workshop efficiency, job allocation, and technician performance
* Develop and mentor team members for performance and career progression
* Manage budgeting, stock control, and departmental compliance
* Liaise with manufacturer representatives and ensure compliance with brand standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Aftersales role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercially minded with a focus on profitability and efficiency
* Knowledge of dealer systems and processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
