The Role As Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and internal teams to streamline processes, coordinate key projects, and help ensure operational excellence across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating daily operational and administrative activities Supporting project delivery and ensuring key deadlines are met Managing supplier relationships and internal communications Assisting with finance administration, including invoicing and budget tracking Maintaining internal systems, documentation, and process improvements Providing general office management and operational support The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership and working collaboratively across teams.
