I’m currently working in partnership with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm looking to appoint an Associate Solicitor within its Clinical Negligence team, ideally with experience in birth injury work, as part of its continued and ambitious growth plans. The Role You will manage your own caseload of complex Clinical Negligence matters, with a particular focus on birth injury and obstetric claims, alongside other high value and sensitive cases, including: Birth injury and cerebral palsy claims Obstetric negligence matters Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims Surgical error cases Failures in medical treatment and patient care A key highlight of this role is the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department on a daily basis, contributing not only to complex litigation but also to the strategic growth and direction of the team. You will have meaningful involvement beyond your caseload, including business development and shaping the future of the practice.
