DCS Recruitment are a UK based recruitment specialist based in Manchester City Centre, we are hiring for a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic and successful team!

Salary: £25,500 – £27,500 (Depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing
* Process high volumes of timesheets for CIS, PAYE, and Umbrella workers
* Input and validate payroll data accurately and efficiently
* Handle queries related to pay, hours, and discrepancies with confidence
* Register new starters and ensure timely setup
* Provide clear payroll guidance to contractors and colleagues
* Ensure timesheet deadlines are consistently met
What you’ll need
* Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data
* Experience in recruitment or umbrella payroll is a big plus
* Able to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines
* High attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude
* Strong communication skills and a polite, confident phone manner
