About the role:
The Finance Business Partner will support the senior management team in delivering business performance through analysis, insight, and business partnering with key stakeholders. The role holder will be a key member of the budget tool project team, supporting the team in all aspects of budget tool implementation.
We are modernizing the Business Professionals' functions to improve its efficiency and effectiveness in client service delivery. The scope of the role is constantly expanding and changing, requiring a flexible, can-do, thinking-beyond-the-box attitude. Due to stakeholder locations, some flexibility in working hours is expected.

Responsibilities:
1. Support Alliances, Offices, Function Leaders, Global Process Owners, Service Owners, and Project Managers in achieving financial objectives, addressing variances, and implementing corrective measures.
2. Provide accurate and timely financial information to monitor budget adherence and analyze actual results.
3. Support Finance leaders in Service Centres, local offices, and regional Finance teams; respond promptly to inquiries.
4. Manage annual budget setting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reports, including variance analysis and team coverage.
Skills and Experience:
1. Relevant undergraduate degree (2:1 or above preferred).
2. Newly Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
3. Experience in finance roles.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
5. Experience with financial systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management with a personable approach.
7. Organized, flexible, and confident in stakeholder engagement.
8. Meticulous with data interpretation skills.
9. Able to build relationships across business units.
10. Willing to learn and drive initiatives.
11. Self-motivated with an analytical mind and numerical proficiency.
