Key Responsibilities
* Identify and monitor opportunities via tender and framework portals
* Qualify opportunities and prepare profiles for internal approval
* Manage bids from qualification to submission
* Coordinate contributors and lead bid meetings
* Produce PQQs, tenders, presentations, and clarifications
* Lead quality responses within submissions
* Track outcomes, win rates, and market position
* Maintain bid libraries (certifications, insurances, case studies)
* Ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, and company standards
* Support re-tenders and promote tender wins
Skills And Experience Required
* Proven experience in a bids/proposals role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Commercially aware and confident using tender portals
* Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements
* Strong IT and document production skills
* Collaborative team player committed to professional development
Desirable:
* Knowledge of the fire and security industry
* Experience within accredited environments (ISO, NSI, BAFE)
