Joining our Integration Support team, you will serve as a primary resource for our clients, especially their developers, offering guidance and support through the integration process. You will acquire a deep understanding of the payments industry's intricacies, knowledge that will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving any payment-related issues our clients face. With a portfolio that includes point of sale (POS), mobile POS (mPOS), and e-commerce solutions, NMI delivers critical software development kits (SDKs) that ensure smooth integration with major banks, acquirers, and payment processors. As an Integration Support Analyst, your core responsibilities will include: Delivering top-notch integration support to clients incorporating NMI's payment solutions into their systems, as well as troubleshooting issues with existing integrations to ensure seamless operation. Actively learning all the programming languages supported by NMI's APIs to broaden and enhance support capabilities. Collaborating closely with clients to ensure their specific needs are met, guaranteeing the software performs optimally, and solutions align with Fintech industry standards. Continually updating and maintaining your knowledge of our products by implementing them yourself, enabling you to offer comprehensive support and insight, especially when new features are introduced. Creating and refining documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a valuable knowledge library. Acting as a primary technical point of contact for NMI colleagues with integration inquiries. Participating in projects as required, leveraging your technical expertise to contribute significant value. Attendance within the Bristol office is required for this role with a possibility to move to a hybrid/remote working pattern, performance pending.
