About the role
As a Corporate Administrative Support (CAS) Officer, you will work as part of a team that supports service areas across the Council with their administrative, mailing and print tasks. You will deliver accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing mail utilising scanning and document management systems. You will also carry out print tasks via the use of reprographic equipment and various software packages.
To do this, you will:
1. Be experienced in working in a fast paced multi-disciplined environment
2. Have working knowledge of digital mail and / or printing processes
3. Be familiar with inputting financial data.

Where we work
We offer hybrid working. You will be expected to come into our offices in the Hackney Service Centre to work with your team for a minimum of two days a week. This is dependent on service needs, however many of us prefer to come in more frequently. Like many organisations, our hybrid arrangements are evolving and you may be expected to work from the office more frequently in future.
