A global insurance firm are looking to expand their team in London. Our client is currently looking for a passionate Business change manager with previous experience in Lloyds of London insurance to realize their own vision on delivering change to their finance functions. This is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.

The successful applicant will will be responsible for delivering a program of change in support of the Claims & Operations domain. As part of the Domain Leadership, you will provide strategic input to the domain objectives and be responsible for translating those objectives into a suite of achievable, tangible deliverables.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a change manager or product manager or similar
· Proven experience within Lloyds of London insurance market
· Proven experience working within areas such as finance, treasury, claims or operations.
· Strong experience in a dynamic business change or product management organization with the ability to influence across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Must have right to work in the UK
Salary & Package:
up to £120,000 per year + bonus and a variety of benefits
Location:
London with 4 days per week in office (can be 3 on occasion)
