Qualifications
What you'll do as a General Manager...
* Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
* Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers.
* Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
* Note: If successful, you will need to have or acquire a personal license.
What you'll bring...

* Business acumen, particularly in P&L control.
