The postholder will lead on fundraising, working with the CEO and freelance fundraisers to strengthen the fundraising strategy, ensure a continuous flow of income from a range of sources (grants, sponsorships, legacies etc) and seeking new growth opportunities for the Charity
The Chief Operating Officer will also lead on the efficient and effective management of the operations team, compliance and innovation. The postholder will lead on development and problem solving across finance, HR, systems, IT etc, working with specialist in-house and out-sourced professionals to ensure the lean, focussed operations across all areas of the Charity and its trading subsidiary.
