You will build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Group IT and the team’s activities.
Your expertise will also contribute to the development and maintenance of design patterns, promoting best practice and ensuring designs comply with agreed standards. Beyond delivery, you’ll facilitate and support the smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual (BAU) operations, and when needed, assist in resolving live technical incidents and system problems in line with the ITIL framework. Additionally, you will continuously develop skills and behaviours that promote the value of the solution design function.
