Warehouse Order Preparation Administrator
AM - 6am - 2pm | Bury Distribution Centre (BL9)

We are recruiting a warehouse administrator in the Order Preparation team based at our Bury Distribution Centre. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team, a good heath and safety awareness and understanding of the warehouse operation and possess sound numeracy and computer skills and be willing to develop and learn. A DAY IN THE LIFE


* Supporting the operation with administrative tasks
* Support our order pickers with any waiting of stock and make sure the waitings are kept to a minimum by working with the replenishment team.
* Pull daily reports of overrides from both shopper and LLOP (low level order picker) picking and analyse the information, providing feedback ways we can reduce them
* Manage and order consumables in line with forecast
* In the absence of the Team Leader step up to cover, leading by example and running the shift

* Able to work autonomously as well as working as a team and being able to collaborate with all teams across the operation
* You have a strong understanding of the warehouse environment and operational processes
* Someone who has a continuous improvement mindset and is able to demonstrate problem solving skills
* Someone who leads by example and acts with integrity in everything they do
* You have a flexible approach to tasks and working hours depending on the needs of the business.
