Your day-to-day might include: Leading your team to hit their targets Business generation and conducting lettings appraisals Building great relationships with clients and the local community Coaching and mentoring staff (because you're only as good as your team) Driving new business and promoting the Reeds Rains brand Keeping abreast of property legislation and compliance What You’ll Need Experience in Lettings (Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Manager level Strong leadership skills – in coaching, motivating, and inspiring Commercial know-how and a drive to grow business Confident communication and top-notch customer service The ability to travel to properties to conduct appointments on a regular basis What’s In It for You?
