We’re looking for a Sales and Lettings Manager to join a growing, purpose-driven team that supports clients in finding and securing homes tailored to their unique needs. This dynamic position draws on traditional estate agency experience, but also requires a deeper, more tailored approach to collaboration, advocacy and negotiation. You will represent the buyer or tenant — offering expert guidance, making informed property recommendations, and supporting transactions through to completion. As Sales and Lettings Manager you will be: Leading property searches for both rental and purchase on behalf of clients Liaising with legal teams, case managers, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions Assessing property suitability based on bespoke criteria Supporting clients through viewings, negotiations, and contract reviews Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to stakeholders Representing the company at events and contributing to service development You will need to build your area of the business, and at some point create a team to support the function. What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience in estate agency or a similar property role Strong knowledge of both sales and lettings processes Entrepreneurial qualities A people’s person Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with great attention to detail A team player with a proactive, flexible approach Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Basic understanding of building and planning processes (desirable) Why Join our client?
