Job Activities
* Provide excellent customer support through liaison with customers, third-party suppliers, SMs, ABMs, and other departments.
* Answer direct calls from customers within a prescribed timeframe, delivering service and support.
* Advise customers on threshold levels for bulk deliveries by analyzing and monitoring signalman sites.
* Provide existing and prospective customers with price information upon request.
* Process applications and accounts for customers.
* Liaise daily with Sales Managers and Area Business Managers on customer service aspects in each channel.
* Deliver customer service aligned with the channel strategy and KPIs.
* Maintain customer accounts in CRM (Salsa).
* Call existing customers to secure orders and meet or exceed targets.
* Control aged debt by following up on outstanding invoices using Business Planning reports.
* Provide feedback on KPIs related to sales targets, quotations, order placement, aged debt, and DSO.
* Record and investigate customer complaints, ensuring proper logging and resolution.
Candidate Profile
* At least 2 years of experience in an office-based customer service role.
* Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
