Tuxford Academy is seeking to appoint an organised and proactive Cover Supervisor to join our cover team. The successful candidate will oversee and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students' learning and progress are maintained. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure while supporting a positive learning environment.
