Office Manager
Edinburgh – 5 Days a week in the office
6 Month Contract
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high-quality office environment across your assigned locations, acting as the first point of contact for facilities suppliers and internal stakeholders
-Ensure the office operates smoothly, consistently and to a high standard, supporting both employees and visitors
-Deal with suppliers and procurement to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
-Oversee security alongside IT, building management and reception. Manage Health & Safety requirements, including checklists, policies and training
Background:
-Previous Office Management experience
-Confidence managing suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
-Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
