You will work collaboratively across departments, including 3PL, gardening, and domestic teams, providing tailored one-to-one and group support.Your role will involve:Delivering personalised support in line with individual development plansSupporting colleagues to meet KPIs and achieve employment goalsUsing coaching and mentoring techniques to build confidence, skills and independenceWorking alongside individuals in their roles, offering practical job aid supportCapturing and tracking outcomes and impact dataContributing to colleague reviews and support plansMaintaining accurate records and progress reportsSupporting training requirements, including mandatory learningPromoting inclusive practices across the organisationYou will need to respond flexibly to changing priorities, adapt your approach in the moment, and build strong working relationships across operational, People, Finance and leadership teams, as well as with external placement partners.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Is educated to GCSE standard (including English and Maths) or equivalentHas previous experience in a support worker or person-centred roleHas strong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeCommunicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholdersHas excellent listening skills and an empathetic approachIs comfortable having courageous and constructive conversationsIs committed to Equality, Diversity and InclusionHas strong written skills for reports and email communicationCan problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic environmentBrings a positive attitude and a desire to make a real differenceAbout us We are Enham!
