Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not‑for‑profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel, supporting older people for over 120 years. We offer care home and day care services and provide grants for older people in financial difficulty. Our homes in Davenham, Bradbury Court and Perrins House are picturesque, situated in beautiful grounds in Malvern and specialise in dementia, residential and nursing care.
This role is a Health Care Assistant position working full‑time (36 hours per week) with a flexible working pattern of days, nights, Saturdays and Sundays. Must live in a commutable distance to Malvern, Worcestershire.

Key Requirements
No prior experience required – we provide all the training you’ll need to excel in this role. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for care, who sees this as an opportunity to build solid relationships with residents and to put them at the heart of all that you do. Empathetic, respectful, self‑motivated and flexible, you will be a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile, enabling our residents to lead fulfilled lives.
