Your new role
You will play an important part in the successful running of the assessment centre as well as managing iing helpdesk jobs and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to internal staff and external visitors.
- Answering and logging calls to the helpdesk system
- Providing reception duties including receiving and directing visitors
- Organise meetings to include taking bookings, amendments and cancellation of meeting rooms
- Administering the access control system, including signing out and collection of passes
- Provide support for the wider facilities section
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working within a front line customer-facing environment
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbalmunication and interpersonal skills
- Professional outlook as you will be dealing with members of the public, press and professionals, as well as internal staff
What you'll get in return
This is a 5 day per week on site in central Manchester with an occasional Saturday on a rota basis.
£13phr + holiday pay
