Are you a skilled and experienced PSV Technician, Bus Mechanic, or HGV Fitter with a passion for vehicle safety and reliability? We are currently recruiting for a PSV Technician in Rhyl to join a leading transport operator, with both permanent and temporary opportunities available.
A valid PSV licence is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on buses to ensure safety and performance standards
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure minimal vehicle downtime
Maintain accurate service records and report major faultsQualifications and Skills:
Proven experience working on PSVs, HGVs, or heavy-duty vehicles
Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Must hold a valid PSV licence
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication and organisational skillsOptions Available:
Permanent Role: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum with enhanced overtime
