The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Sales Quote Processor / Administrator on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team and contribute to the efficient delivery of bespoke customer quotations.
Responsibilities
* Accurately process customer quotations using Business Micro, Window Designer, and Door Builder software
* Respond to customer quotation queries related to composite doors and associated products
* Collaborate closely with the external sales team and Sales Director
* Support the development and maintenance of new business accounts
* Ensure all quotations are completed on time and in line with customer specifications
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong IT proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems
* Previous experience in the window and door industry is advantageous (training provided)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* A proactive, flexible approach with a willingness to learn and cross-train
* Reliable with a strong attendance and punctuality record
* Sales-driven mindset with a desire to contribute to business growth
Hours & Pay
* Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
* Salary to be discussed at interview, dependant on experience.
