The Opportunity Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across the UK by developing new customer relationships, expanding existing strategic accounts, and identifying opportunities across a wide range of industrial sectors. You'll be responsible for building a pipeline of opportunities, winning new logos, and creating long-term growth strategies that deliver measurable results. Working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own diary and territory while being supported by one of the strongest brands and technical teams in the industrial automation market. What You'll Be Doing Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the UK Developing growth strategies within existing customer accounts Securing new logos and expanding market share Building relationships with decision-makers across engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement and senior leadership teams Creating and executing strategic account plans Understanding customer challenges and delivering value-based solutions Working closely with technical and internal sales teams to develop compelling proposals Managing opportunities from prospecting through to successful implementation Maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline management What We're Looking For Essential Proven success in industrial B2B sales and business development A genuine hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business Self-starter who can work autonomously and create their own opportunities Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow something meaningful Strategic thinker who can identify long-term growth opportunities Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Experience selling into industrial manufacturing, engineering, automation or process industries Ideally, You'll Have Experience within industrial automation, sensing, controls, instrumentation, fluid power or related industrial technologies Knowledge of the industrial sensing marketplace would be highly advantageous, but is not essential Experience selling consultative, value-based technical solutions Why PepperlFuchs?
