Position: Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support within our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and supporting staff across multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the team

Manage incoming correspondence, including telephone calls and emails
*
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
*
Prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence
*
Schedule meetings and manage diaries
*
Procure office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
*
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is desirable
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*
High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills
