The ideal candidate will identify and secure sales opportunities to drive company revenue. Responsibilities also involve formulating, executing, and assessing sales strategies. This role requires robust leadership and mentoring abilities to foster the sales team's growth. Previous sales experience in Coronary Interventional Products within the last 2 years is essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Support sales team development
2. Collaborate with representatives to cultivate and meet potential leads
3. Participate in virtual job fairs
4. Monitor and document all sales activities
5. Develop and implement sales strategies based on market analysis
6. Achieve business growth targets while adhering to organizational guidelines
7. Manage a team of senior executives, aiding in their development through open and constructive dialogues
8. Review and strategize monthly action plans to meet sales budgets
9. Create and execute plans for promotional activities, CRM strategies, and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies to meet sales objectives
10. Assess territory potential, considering market trends and competitor activities
11. Profile and enlist new doctors as per business needs
12. Coordinate with government sales teams for product availability and demand generation at various institutions
13. Cultivate enduring relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Business leaders through regular scientific engagements and adequate coverage in the assigned territory
14. Follow up with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction, collaborating with other departments for timely resolutions
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology preferred
2. 3+ years selling coronary products (stents, balloons, guidewires, etc.)
3. Experience with coronary products within the last 2 years
4. Strong decision-making and financial management skills
5. Proficient in regional language (written and verbal), intermediate level in English
6. Flexibility for occasional travel and overnight stays as per business requirements
