About the RoleHays Construction & Property is proud to partner with one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management organisations to recruit an experienced and qualified Electrician for work across the Kent region, based primarily in the Maidstone area. Due to new contract wins, the team is expanding and seeking a skilled professional to support their growing maintenance workload.
What You’ll Be DoingIn this mobile role, you will carry out:
1. Reactive electrical repairs acrossmercial and domestic properties
2. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
3. Fault-finding, testing and inspection
4. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to current regulations
You’ll be working across a variety of sites in Kent, using apany vehicle to travel between locations.
What We’re Looking For
5. Friendly, reliable, motivated and professional
6. Able to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team
7. Experienced in electrical maintenance withinmercial or domestic environments
8. Confident fault-finding andpleting a range of repairs
Essential Requirements:
9. 18th Edition qualification (minimum)
10. Proven experience in similar electrical roles
11. Full UK Driving Licence
12. Strong technical knowledge andmitment to high standards
