Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As our Assistant Quantity Surveyor you'll be working on our Thames Water Developer Services contract based out of Esher. You'll be responsible for making sure data is accurate and timely. Provide assistance with initiating the Pre-Qualification process through communication with third party suppliers and internal Supply Chain team. You'll have the opportunity to assist with the management, preparation and distribution of Subcontract tender enquires. Create detailed subcontract AFP appraisals and account management. You'll liaise with other members of the wider internal Project Teams and customers (General Public and Thames Water Utilities Ltd). Undertake costing activities, under direction, to support the Quantity Surveyors in submissions to the client. You'll be providing assistance to the Commercial Team with day-to-day commercial administration. What You’ll Bring Have you gained experience with civil engineering/utilities?
