Our client, a well-respected Wealth Management firm in Taunton, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be at the heart of their client-first team.

What you’ll do
* Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries and ensure a smooth, first-class service experience.
* Proactively manage client cases and support them through the application process - giving you practical, career-building experience.
* Maintain client records in line with FCA standards and data protection regulations.
* Assist in streamlining office procedures and supporting the Head of Client Relations.
* Collaborate with the team to support Financial Consultants and coordinate client activity.
* Handle general office duties like correspondence, scheduling, and admin tasks.
