Description
The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including:
* Providing expert contentious and non contentious advice on employment law matters to a range of clients.
* Managing complex employment law cases.
* Working closely with the existing Employment Partners across the Northern offices.
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
* Representing clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.
* Delivering training sessions and seminars on employment law topics.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Profile
The successful Employment Legal Director should have / be:
* A track record in Employment law gained from a known law firm dealing with respondent work.
* Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus.
* Proven expertise in handling complex employment law cases.
* Ties to Leeds.
* Already be working at LD level or in a senior position.
* Likely to have some of your own contacts.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary between £100000 and £115000 per annum.
